  Thank you so much to the kind lady (we are so sorry we did not get your name) who helped us send our souvenir of Australia home to Canada. She went above and beyond, helping wrap and protect it with care, even putting a little note on the outside of the package that brought a smile when we got home! It arrived safe and sound. We could not have asked for better service.

  I went in to my local post office (Kuranda) on Friday at 3pm because I got a text message two days earlier saying I had a package waiting to be picked up. I went in, informed the lady working there whom I've never seen before and showed her my ID and gave her my address. She proceeded to go out the back and pause for a second and yell out to me 'there's a lot of packages out here and they haven't been assigned, can you just come back on Monday' the package waiting for me were gifts for my bridesmaids which I needed for this weekend. I began to tell her the importance and that I needed them and that I had been informed that the packages were there at the post office. She then proceeded to say 'it's too much effort we'll get our delivery lady to drop it to you tomorrow morning' I wasn't in the mood to argue and accepted I wasn't getting my package that day. It is now the afternoon the next day and still no package. I'm extremely upset because they 'weren't bothered' to do their job. And now I have a package missing which has extremely important gifts inside for my bridesmaids.
