  Ordered a club sandwich without tomato. Who would have thought not putting tomato on something would be such a massive issue? The young boy first said "no, we can't make changes" and upon being pressed further that such a simple request should not be so hard, he checked with the 'chef' and told us they would do it but only because the boss was away and she normally doesn't allow it. So what on earth do they do to cater for people with allergies?

  We took the meal back to the serving staff. They denied it could be spicy (it clearly was!). They said if we wanted to order anything else for the now crying child, we would have to pay anew....meals and drinks were of below par quality anyway. Plenty of better places to eat. Avoid.

  My daughter ordered the hot dog from the kids menu. She has spent the last 4 hours throwing up because of it. Poor quality and I would guess poor food handling/storage as well.

  This place has a very long way to go as far as food quality and customer service. You are in a service industry and if you are not prepared to meet the reasonable requests of your customers then you should not be running a business in this industry.

  Pathetic service. We came as a large group, everyone ordering drinks and meals. I ordered spag bol from the kids menu for my 2 year old. She started crying after a few spoon fulls and refused to eat. Both my husband and I tried her meal and it was spicy/hot... Not what one would serve a small child unless they were used to it. There was nothing to mention this in the menu.

  Tried to order a basic lunch but needed to swap out feta cheese for regular cheese on a MELT. Explained my wife is pregnant so cannot eat feta. The boy behind the counter advised that doing so would create "mistakes with other orders and that it was too hard", expressing zero concern or sympathy and refused to accommodate. So we went elsewhere.

  Given the fact that it's all the way up on the mountain far from city the food menu was decent. Food was not bad either. I had the open face grilled sandwich, (chicken cheese and asparagus) It was good and was made of fresh ingredients. I didn't experience bad service so am not sure if the owner is rude or not. I did however felt an unfriendly vibe but I wasn't sure at the time if the she was just having a bad day.
